In order to ensure the shopping experience of every customer, Smartsonic+ provides a series of after-sales services.
This includes return and exchange services within 30 days and a one-year free warranty or re-send service.
- About Return and Exchange:
Time limit: within 30 days after receiving the goods (If the time limit is exceeded, you can no longer apply for return or exchange)
If the product and packaging are in a brand new condition, the same as when shipped from our original factory, and will not affect our secondary sales, we will provide you with a full refund.
Since the electric toothbrush is a personal health product, if you have unpacked it, we will refund part of it based on the actual situation.
Please follow the procedure below to apply for return and exchange:
- Please provide the following related materials first:
- a) A screenshot of your order. The screenshot should include: order number, product main image and date of receipt;
- b) A video of the product within 1 minute and the physical photos to explain to us the problems you encounter ;
- You need to send the product back to our factory or local warehouse for product verification. The product and its packaging should be kept in its original condition, with a label, and a receipt should be provided.
We will review the content of the photos and videos you provide and check your returned merchandise.
And we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
- About Warranty and Re-send
Time limit: within 1 year after receiving the goods (invalid after expiration)
If the product has quality problems within one year after you receive the goods, we can provide you with free product maintenance services, or we can also re-send you a new one according to the different time used after your purchase.
- Please provide us with your relevant materials first (sa same as the materials required for return and exchange).
- According to the different use time after you receive the goods, we will re-send you a new one:
- a) Within 1-3 months: Re-issue new products or accessories for you free of charge;
- b) Within 3-6 months: You only need to pay 30% of the original price of the product to redeem a new set of the same product;
- c) Within 6-12 months: You only need to pay 60% of the original price of the product to redeem a new set of the same product.
In all the above situations, if it is due to non-quality problems (for personal reasons such as you don’t like it or product damage caused by human factors or force majeure), unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with free after-sales service, all shipping and related taxes need to be borne by yourself.

If the product is unusable due to its quality problems, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, and we will take charge of the fee of resending it to you.
Examples of product damage caused by human factors and force majeure:
After our review and approval, we will provide you with a new product of the same model according to the following rules:
- Misuse or abusive use of the Smartsonic+product, including physical abuse; damages by liquids;
- Incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions (as stated in the User Manual or manufacturer’s instructions provided with the Smartsonic+product);
- Incorrect or improper maintenance or failure to maintain the Smartsonic+product;
- Incorrect voltage or non-authorized electrical connections;
- Adverse external conditions such as power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of terrorism, damage caused by vermin, or any other act or circumstance beyond Smartsonic+control;
- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture or dampness;
- Exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions;
Use of non-authorized / non-standard, defective or incompatible parts; some wall quick chargers could be harmful to the Smartsonic+ devices. Please charge
- your Smartsonic+product via authorized/standard charger to respect voltage security;
- Password setting / resetting and computer virus;
- Repair, modification or other work carried out on the Smartsonic+product other than by Smartsonic+ Support Team.
Do I need return the old toothbrush ?
No You don’t
Note 1, The buyer or agency have to offer photoes and video to prove what quality issue of toothbrush, Don’t need return toothbrush to factory, this point is be appropriate for 1),2),3)
Note 2, About warranty refund ,It could be deduct same amount in new order in the future .Or refund price spread of cash, It is up to the buyer to decide.
